Findigoo started as a destination booking platform for waterparks, resorts, and farmhouses, and grew into a dynamic marketplace foundation ready to take on the next vertical the moment the team is ready.

INTRODUCTION

Our client is a leader in the waterpark industry, with more than thirty-two projects delivered across India. They saw a clear gap in the destination booking space and chose to fill it with a marketplace built for waterparks, watersports, agritourism, resorts, and farmhouses, all under one roof. We engineered it as a multi-tenant platform from the very first sprint, so the same foundation could carry the next category and the next, with very little additional work.

The story

A leading figure in the waterpark industry set out to do something different. They wanted a marketplace that would not just serve their own corner of the leisure space, but become the platform every adjacent category could grow into, agritourism today, farm stays tomorrow, anything the team decides to add next.

Their ambition was clear, and the engineering had to match. The platform needed to feel polished from day one, scale gracefully as partners joined, and stay ready for whatever category the team would point it at next.

The challenges

The challenge was two-fold. First, build a marketplace tuned for the watersport and activity sector, with the depth those operators would actually use. Second, shape the foundation so the same platform could welcome new categories without a rewrite, with each new vertical earning its place in a matter of weeks rather than months.

That meant a clean separation between what the platform offers, and how each category dresses up the experience for its customers and operators alike.
